The event featured traditional Japanese customs, beginning with the Daruma Kaigan, in which the leadership team and guests painted one eye of a Daruma doll to symbolize a new goal, to be completed once that goal is achieved. This was followed by a formal ribbon cutting and the Kagami Biraki, the ceremonial breaking open of a sake barrel, where everyone present shared a cup together to wish for future growth and strong professional connections.
